Forest Glen
This was the second house Helen built, right around the corner from our first house, in 1995. Built by Drake Niven, a contractor who built several of Helen's homes and did a great job. We still use Drake and recommend him to our clients. This home has a nice Lake Tahoe view, a great deck off the back of the house, and (at the time) upgraded lighting, carpet, trims, and woodwork for a house of this price range.
